Authenticity

Authenticity is about integrity, responsibility, accountability, and communication. It is a pivotal pillar in being a responsible and successful leader. There is a tendency in many of us to resist authenticity as it is often seen as being naïve or impractical.  It takes courage and clarity to be authentic, as owning up one’s thoughts, words and actions, and communicating them appropriately, brings tremendous benefits.
