Cancellation Policy:

• On-site Conferences and Workshops: Registrations canceled more than 45 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. Substitutions are accepted at any time before the start of the conference at no additional cost. In the event of the cancellation of the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Responsible Leadership AG will refund the cost of registration. However, we do not assume responsibility for any other expenses, costs, and charges; including costs of travel and lodging.

• Virtual Live Seminars and Workshops: Registrations canceled more than 14 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. Substitutions are accepted at any time before the start of the virtual live seminars and workshops at no additional cost.​ In the event of the cancellation of the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Responsible Leadership AG will refund the cost of registration.
